Ahli and Zamalek will retain their places as Egypt’s representatives in the CAF Champions League next season, the Egyptian FA said.
With last season called off following the Port-Said disaster, Cairo’s top duo has been automatically qualified according to their league position in the 2010-2011 campaign.
Ahli are currently vying for the continental title with holders Esperance, while Zamalek have been ousted from the group stage.
ENPPI, who clinched the latest Egypt Cup edition in 2011, will once again compete in the African Confederation Cup.
The disappointment continues for Alexandrian side Harras Hodoud, who were impressively on top of the league table before the season came to an abrupt end last February.
