Ismaili will face Algeria’s Chabab Belouizdad in the Arab Club Cup quarter-finals.
The Dervishes, who overcame Sudan’s Khartoum in the last 16, will visit the Algerians in the first leg on February 13 before hosting the return game on the 27th.
The regional competition comprises Arab clubs from Africa and Asia, with Ismaili, Belouizdad, Raja Casablanca and USM Alger representing the Dark Continent.
Hosni Abd-Rabou’s Al-Nasr also feature in the competition as his side play Kuwait’s Al-Arabi.
Abd-Rabou is on loan from Ismaili at the Riyadh club.
